Any pet requiring special handling such as severely matted pets, senior pets, animal aggressive pets, behaviorally challenged pets, high anxiety pets, and those with medical issues will be charged a “TLC Fee” ranging from $10 - $20.
All pets over the age of 13 years must have a letter from the veterinarian expressing that it is safe to groom your pet and they are able to handle the grooming process. This letter will be required prior to grooming/bathing your pet.
Proof of rabies vaccination is required for all new clients and must be kept up date, as required by law.

As a family owned and operated business, there will be rare occasions family obligations will require the salon to be closed. Please call us prior to utilizing a walk-in service, such as a nail trim. We are closed on all major holidays.
